Each year Centaur hosts a number of events attended by theatre-lovers from the corporate, arts and philanthropic communities. Proceeds from these much anticipated evenings go to helping us continue our work of bringing thought-provoking, entertaining and professional work to our audiences. We’d love to see you there!
Dinner with Friends
Our Dinner with Friends event on Wednesday, April 10th was a wonderful evening, and with over $13,000 raised in ticket sales and donations, our most successful yet! Guests enjoyed a delicious meal and sparkling conversation at Bonaparte Restaurant, and one lucky winner was the recipient of a fabulous door prize, two round-trip tickets from Porter Airlines! After the meal, we headed next door to Centaur for a mesmerizing performance of Dance Me to the End ON/OFF Love, following which our guests had an exclusive opportunity to meet the artists as they joined us for coffee and dessert in our beautiful Seagram gallery. We were also joined by members of CALQ, as well as a group of young professionals from the Young Chamber of Commerce Montreal, participants of a program created by the Montreal Arts Council to promote philanthropy and leadership in the Arts among young professionals. Thank you to everyone who came to the event and made it such a fun evening out!
